Action Fighter

Comments: This is one of the most epic spy-game performance I have ever seen. Agent Phil Collins is the alcholic loner who is brought out of retirement by former boss Chris Eubank. He sets him off on one of the greatest and most innovative missions of his life. It includes the use of some of the most technically advanced videogame effects, which are still as impressive today as they were ten years ago. The cars destroyed in production set the budget to well over 2 million and the game was almost cancelled at one point. However the game was finally completed, and the chemistry between Phil and Eubank will keep you hooked from beginning to end. Note: This is one of Eubanks last performances of this genre, so it is clear he has produced the best out of this role - a real star in his own right. 9 Stars *********

Comments: What a let down. The games opener is one of the most innovative, with scenes including stars such as Diana Ross and Tim Henman, the game then completely deteriorates. With obvious budget action scenes and weak guest performances from Louis Armstrong and John Prescott the game falls apart until the truly tedious and unrewarding ending. Miss at all costs. 3 Stars ***
